The City of Stockton Public Works Department has completed,
independently reviewed and analyzed the Proposed Initial
Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Weber Avenue
Streetscape Beautification Project – Phase 2 (CIP No. 09-02).
On November 20, 2009, the Public Works Department began the public
review period of this environmental document. The document may be
